About Us
Lisa Houston and Julie Murphy
Lisa Houston and Julie Murphy, the principals of Houston Murphy Relocation Inc. have been making Toronto a home away from home for relocating executives and their families since 2001. They understand the issues and challenges of moving to a new city and apply their collective expertise to offer an exceptional level of support and service.
Lisa formerly held senior management roles in the computer and technology industries and personally experienced the challenges of relocation when she and her family were transferred to an unfamiliar city with minimal support from her transferring company.
Julie was a senior manager with a global telecommunications company and worked closely with her senior management peers in countries around the world. This gained Julie a clear understanding of the lifestyles, work styles and differences with Canadian corporate and social cultures.
Together with their team of consultants, they have successfully helped relocate executives, and their families, from major multinational corporations, including those in the financial services sector, the computer and technology sector, retail and pharmaceutical industries, the film industry and more.
